Every room is designed differently and the room you see in the photos is the room you are reserved. This is a King room uniquely designed to fit the space as best as possible.
*Please note that hotel is still under construction and there will be noise during the day*
A car is recommended but you can ride bikes just about anywhere in Petoskey.
A complete remodel was done to make The Bay Inn as beautiful and unique as possible.
We won’t be on site as this is a full self-check-in experience. We do have cleaners on-site during business hours. We will be available to respond to any messages through the messaging system if needed.

We have converted The Bay Inn to a complete Self Check-In experience. You will have access to your designated room along with all the hotel amenities. – Such as the fire-pits, the courtyard, and hot tubs. (currently on delivery)

• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime INSIDE of the rooms or home. Smoke only in our DESIGNATED SMOKING areas.
• No more guests than stated on your reservation. – We still want you to have fun just no extra people.
• QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 8 AM – No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Mail services are NOT available. You can not get mail here!
• FEES: Lost or taken TV/AC/Fan Remote will result in a $40 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind inside will result in a $250 Charge NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation are non-refundable
**Please Refrain from flushing any toilet paper/baby wipes etc from the toilet to avoid Clogging
If we find that guests clogged the toilets with things they shouldn’t be flushing, we will charge a Plumbing Service Fee **
